Every element accounted for, at any point in time

Reinforcement schedules, precast panels, welds, pipe spools, footings, finishes. Each one carries its own ITP, its own hold and witness points, and its own evidence trail: searchable, filterable and reportable on demand.

Element register

Thousands of individual elements per job, each with its own identity, status, and history. Search, filter, and report on any element at any point in time.

Inspection & test plans

ITPs broken to element-level granularity with hold points and witness points generated automatically. Every element gets its own traceable ITP without extra effort.

Field capture

Photos, notes, measurements, and test results captured on site with no connectivity. Timestamped, element-tagged, and synced when signal returns. A record still waiting to sync says so, rather than sitting there looking saved.

As-built records

Survey coordinates against design tolerances, deviations flagged and explained. Conformance reports generated in seconds, structured to hold up under audit.

Crew & contractor compliance

Contractor documents, employee licences, tickets, and plant registrations tracked with expiry alerts, so a lapse surfaces before someone is turned away at the gate.

Defects & non-conformances

Raised against the element from the field, triaged in the admin portal as they land, and carried into a live-link job pack. Reporting to resolution is one trail rather than an email chain.

Every project has its own address. Subcontractors gain approval or send evidence without an account, client direction and new documentation land against the project, and the quality manager triages it as it arrives.

How it works

Where job-level documents run out

One ITP covering all concrete works tells you nothing about pile cap P14 on the day it was poured. Element level breaks the plan down once. From there it carries across every element on the job. Two years later, the record is still worth having.

Define the element set

Import or build the register: panels, welds, spools, footings, lots. Each element gets a persistent ID.

Attach the ITP once

Map the inspection plan to element types. Hold points and witness points propagate to every matching element.

Capture in the field

Crews work offline against the element in front of them. Evidence, sign-offs, and deviations attach to that element at that moment.

Close out and report

Outstanding hold points are visible before handover. Conformance packs, as-builts, and deviation logs export straight from the register.

Naming

Project deliverables carry ISO 19650-style information container references. Files stay identifiable and version-controlled outside the app. The drawing numbers you already use still govern: confirm a number once and the as-built honours it.

Quality framework

Inspection, non-conformance, and sign-off workflows follow ISO 9001 record-keeping principles. Our quality policy is published.

Retention

Records are yours to retain for as long as your obligations require. They sit in a Drive you control, in open formats, so nothing is held hostage to a lapsed plan. Enterprise adds a guaranteed minimum retention on top of that, for clients who have to prove it.
