Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. No contracts, no lock-in. Your data always exports to open formats.
Do I have to pay to create an account?
No. You can create an account without a subscription. A paid plan needs a current subscription. Pricing is to be confirmed on all four plan and term combinations, and the interactive demo runs with no account at all.
What if I need help choosing?
Tell us what the contract asks you to prove and where the record has to sit at the end. If it has to be retained for a defined period and provably unaltered, that points at Enterprise. Then pick the billing term that suits how you buy.
What is the difference between per project and per month?
It is the billing term that changes. The plan stays the same, and both plans are offered on both terms with the same capability either way. Use the switch above the cards to see each plan on the term you want. Amounts are to be confirmed on all four combinations.
Does the ITP library depend on the plan?
No. Every account gets the same library of inspection and test plans, and every account can modify them to suit itself. The required ITRs can be changed to match the project or the company. What separates the plans is not which ITPs you get.
Do you offer team accounts?
Both plans include unlimited team members. Pricing is per project, not per person, so the crew, the subcontractors and the client's representative cost nothing extra. Add members anytime.
Is my data secure?
Integrated with your own Google Drive. Your records stay readable without us. Enterprise adds hosted storage with a minimum retention period and an immutable record, and is not open for sign-up yet. Encrypted in transit and at rest.
Can I export my data?
Always. Download your records in open formats (PDF, CSV, JSON) anytime. No vendor lock-in, ever.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card or bank transfer, through Stripe. Billing arrangements for each plan are to be confirmed.
